신청 전 중요 안내사항

  • 여권 정보를 정확하게 입력해 주세요. 입력 오류(이름 로마자 표기 오류, O/0 혼동 등)로 인한 거부 또는 지연에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
  • 성(family name)과 이름(given name)의 순서에 주의하세요. 여권 스캔 시 자동으로 올바르게 인식됩니다.
  • 이메일 주소를 다시 한번 확인해 주세요. 결과 알림이 해당 주소로 발송됩니다.
  • 많은 국가에서 여권 잔여 유효기간이 6개월 미만인 경우 입국을 거부합니다. 신청 전에 반드시 확인해 주세요.
  • 정부 시스템 문제 또는 신청 폭주로 인해 안내된 처리 기간보다 시간이 더 소요될 수 있습니다.
  • 결제 확인 후 처리가 시작됩니다. 심야 결제의 경우 다음 영업일에 처리가 시작될 수 있습니다.
  • 입국 거부 이력, 범죄 경력, 블랙리스트 등록 등의 사유로 신청이 거부될 수 있습니다.
  • 거부된 경우 무료로 재신청할 수 있지만, 재처리에도 동일한 시간이 소요됩니다. 출발일에 여유를 두고 신청하시길 권장합니다.
  • 결제 후에는 환불이 불가합니다. 거부되더라도 정부 수수료가 발생합니다. 무료 재신청은 가능합니다.
