Important notices before applying

Please enter your passport information accurately. We cannot be held responsible for rejections or delays caused by input errors (e.g., incorrect romanization of names, O/0 confusion).
Pay attention to name order (family/given). Passport scanning automatically reads it correctly.
Double-check your email address. Result notifications will be sent there.
Many countries deny entry if your passport expires within 6 months of travel. Please verify before applying.
Processing may take longer than stated due to government system issues or high volume.
Processing starts after payment confirmation. Late-night payments may begin processing the next business day.
Applications may be rejected if you have a history of entry refusal, criminal record, or are on a blacklist.
If rejected, you may reapply for free, but reprocessing takes the same amount of time. We recommend applying well in advance of your travel date.
Government fees are non-refundable. If rejected due to applicant error, free reapplication is available (service fee waived). If rejected by the government for other reasons, the service fee is fully refunded.
